During my holiday vacation time, I hung out with Netflix like it was a close relative. I watched an entire series, half of another and like 10 movies. One movie caught me by surprise and I think you should take a peek at it!

I heard the name "Killing Bono" before, but never followed up on it. This isn't the absolute best movie ever made, but it's damn interesting and entertaining and I think you'd dig it. Especially if you like music movies and of course, U2. The films based on true events and the more I watched I was like, "you've got to be kidding me". Theres so many other cool stories along the way on how things happened.

The basic story; two brothers from Dublin are in a band together. They go to the same school as the guys from U2, originally known as The Hype. Well, The Hype wanted the younger brother to play rhythm guitar for them alongside Edge. The older brother didn't want to give him up. He wanted him to stay in their band. He never even told him about the offer, for years. The brother never knew he could have been in U2. THAT STORY is enough to make a movie from, but there was alot more to it. Watch this preview, then go home and Netflick this puppy. Its a decent flick considering most music movies suck these days. Plus, the Bono guy at times is such a dead on ringer for him.
