So typically when someone has a yard sale in Maine, you'll see some sort of handwritten sign on a neon poster that pasted onto a telephone pole nearby. That's just a tried-and-true formula. What you DON'T typically see is someone go all out with their very own homemade commercial promoting their yard sale. But we're sure happy this guy from Windham did because damn is it good.

Shared on Facebook by Jishua Hunter, his brother Chris Ledoux was moving and decided the best way to get the word out about his 'moving sale' was to make a commercial resembling something you'd see from Big Al's in Wiscasset. Lots of puns and dad jokes abound but did it make us curious about how old that game of Monopoly is? The answer is a resounding yes!

There's an address involved with the commercial but don't go looking for the yard sale, it already happened on August 3rd. We hope Mr. Ledoux found success with his wares, including somehow selling a bag of corks. More yard sale commercials from Maine please!
