Tens of thousands of people regularly pour into the Rock Row development in Westbrook, Maine, on a daily basis.

Many of those people are visiting places like Market Basket, Chick-fil-a, Starbucks, Crumbl as well as Cowbell.

Phase III at Rock Row in Westbrook, Maine, Will Include an Element By Westin Hotel

A hotel featured at Rock Row in Westbrook, Maine, has always been part of the plan. What specific hotel had not been announced until now.

Element by Westin will be constructed at Rock Row. The 119-room hotel will be focused on wellness and have some interesting features.

Those include rooms that are meant for both short or long stays that include fully-equipped kitchens, large bathrooms as well as other home-like qualities.

Element hotels feature nature spaces for relaxation, a Bikes to Borrow program as well as complimentary breakfast.

Element hotels are also traditionally dog-friendly.

Phase III at Rock Row in Westbrook, Maine, Will Also Include Apartments and More

Alongside the new Element by Westin hotel, phase III of the Rock Row development calls for 279 residential units as well.

Those units are planned to be a mixture of high-end apartments and townhomes that will be immersed in the Main Street experience at Rock Row.

Phase III will wrap up with over 136,000 square feet of commercial space that will bring new restaurants, retail and a movie theater to Rock Row.

The beginning construction stages for phase iii are already taking place with no firm timetable for completion as of this writing.
