The recent storm reminded me of a blizzard that kicked off 2022.

When it's a blizzard and you've been cooped up inside all day - at some point, something's gotta give. The day was filled with games, TV, cookies, and brownies, and then - restlessness! You can always give in to the want for screens. But we were really trying to not do screens. We're talking about a 16-year-old girl and two 13-year-old boys. The 16-year-old drives and is pretty much living her best life.

The two boys are very active in sports and can eat a week's worth of groceries as a snack before dinner. Anyone who has teenage boys in their house knows that the thought of raising a cow is appealing just so you have endless milk and one week of some great protein!

In my house, we go through at least 5 gallons of milk a week. 5 gallons of milk! In one week!

I'm setting the stage so that the following video is understood. When the storm was at its peak craziness, so were the boys! We decided to pay them 10 bucks a piece if they ran out in the storm in only their underwear. They were out the door before we had even decided if we were serious! May I present to you...

TWO BOYS IN A BLIZZARD

Since this challenge seemed to be just a tad too easy, the next blizzard will be snow angels - in just their underwear! By the way, the last blizzard was in 2018. They could be in college during the next blizzard!

What craziness did you do during the Blizzard of 2022? It's not super crazy, but I made braised short ribs (had never done that before) and sea salt caramel brownies. As you notice, my craziness revolves around my kitchen.
