Sum 41 will be celebrating 15 years of Chuck on their upcoming tour, performing their heaviest set ever by combining songs from the 2004 record with their latest, Order in Decline.

Chuck was Sum 41’s last album before the initial departure of guitarist Dave ‘Brownsound’ Baksh, who was integrating more metal influence with each record. Chuck gave Baksh plenty of room to shred, most notably on “The Bitter End” and “88.” Order in Decline also boasts guitar shreddery, creating the perfect setlist for Sum 41 fans who dig the band’s heavier side.

“While putting together a set list for the Order in Decline World Tour, we decided to do something special. In addition to launching this world tour for our new album, Order in Decline, we are also celebrating the 15th Anniversary of our album Chuck,” Sum 41 state.
“We’ll be playing songs from our two heaviest albums, as well as fan favorites from throughout our career into one behemoth sized set each night. We couldn’t let this monumental anniversary pass us by and we are so ready to bring this tour to fans across the United States.”

Each Sum 41 set will last two hours, marking the longest amount of stage time the band has ever done per night. “The thing is, we never played every single one of those songs before. Some of those songs we’re going to be playing, we’ve never played ever,” frontman Deryck Whibley tells Alternative Press. “There’s maybe a good four or five songs we’ve never gotten around to playing when the album came out.”

Sum 41 will bring the Amity Affliction and the Plot in You on tour with them later this year before co-headlining a massive run with the Offspring.
