The Hampton Inn Across From The Oxford Casino Is Ready To Open

Passerbys have noticed the finishing touches happening on the hotel and now they are ready to take reservations for casino goers. 

For years now, the same question has popped up when talking about a road trip to the Oxford Casino. "But where are we going to stay?" For some, they just stay up throughout the night, as the casino is open 24 hours a day. But now, those who would like to grab a few winks of sleep will have an option within walking distance.

According to MaineBiz, the Hampton Inn thats been constructed across the street from the casino on Route 26 is ready to open and has begun taking reservations for December 19th and beyond. The construction of the hotel has taken nearly two years.

As of this writing, there were still a few obstacles to be overcome and permits to be issued but unless there was a major stumbling block, the hotel should open as planned.
