‘The Ultimate Metallica Show’ Recap: No Special Guests, All Metallica

Over the last two weeks, we've had some pretty special guests on The Ultimate Metallica Show. We hope to keep inviting friends to the show to share all of their favorite Metallica memories and pull out some of their favorite songs, but this past weekend, we decided to focus completely on the music.

I managed to pull out a few fun surprises, like the first two songs from Metallica's 1997 performance in Salt Lake City and Dave Gahan's cover of "Nothing Else Matters." And in honor of Ozzy Osbourne and his big announcement this past week (not to mention his Grammy win on Sunday night!), I offered up Metallica's humble cover of "Diary of a Madman."
