This Awesome New Hampshire Lakehouse Comes With A Private Beach

For decades, people all over New England (and beyond) have been making the trip to New Hampshire's Lake Winnipesaukee.  The lake, which dominates the center of the state, has been the setting for dozens of movies and TV shows.  The towns of Laconia & Weirs Beach also serve as the focal point for one of the largest motorcycle events in the world.

On top of the lake itself, there are dozens of nearby attractions including the world's largest arcade, bars / restaurants, amusement parks, and more.  All of that combine, makes it a great place for nearly anyone to vacation.

If you've got a group vacationing with you, and you have access to a boat (or boats), this place could be perfect!

The house, which sleeps ten, has four bedrooms and three bathrooms.  The living room has a large TV, couches, and a fireplace (yes, you can use it).  The kitchen has all the normal appliances including a stove, range, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher.  There is a washer and dryer.  And, so you don't miss out on your workout, there is a treadmill.

If you want to get the full lakehouse experience, you can cook out on the gas grill.  There is also a fire pit.  Just imagine, hanging out with friends or family, having beverages and roasting marshmallows around a roaring fire.

Keep in mind that the place isn't just ON the lake, it is IN the lake.  The house sits on Mark Island.  Far enough away to be peaceful, but close enough to everything the shores of the lake have to offer.
