Up For a Road Trip? You Gotta Try This Celebrity Chef’s Delicious Food in Boston
There is still plenty of time for Summer road trips. With hotel prices as high as they are, you might just want to take a day trip. This place certainly should be on your list.
Guy Fieri's Tequila Cocina looks like a MUST TRY not only for tequila fans but also Mexican fare fans. Check out these Trashcan Nachos. They are unbelievably delicious! You must try them!
What are Contija fries? I had to look it up. Turns out, "contija" is a Mexican cheese. Would you look at these bad boys?
Are those peppers on the side of that Margarita Glass? Yes. Yes, it is. This place has every kind of tequila you could possibly imagine. I can't drink the stuff myself, although every time I take a sip of one, I think I can handle it. It's such a mistake on my part, every. damn. time.
If I had a last meal, I think this dish would be on it. Guy's Queso Fundido is the BOMB!!
We can't forget about dessert. This is Guy's Salted Churro Ice Cream sandwich?!! OH!!
Convinced you have to try this place now?
Guy Fieri has been on TV many times and after winning the Next Food Network Star on Bravo, his career took off. I've always thought he was a great guy.
Guy met his wife, according to Wikipedia, when she came in to a restaurant he was managing in Long Beach, California. They married in 1995 and when they did, Guy changed his name from Ferry to Fieri after his Paternal Grandfather, Guiseppe Fieri. When Guiseppe came to America, he changed his name to the more English, "Ferry."
Check out his demo for the show. Who knew his friends call him Guido?
