People Magazine just named Adam Levine as their 2013 Sexiest Man Alive. He, and his band, have come a long way since March 14, 2003 when they stopped by the CYY studio to hang out before their show at The Edge in Augusta. Do you remember The Edge? It was a tiny basement level venue that no longer exists, I think the cap was maybe 250 people. It's always cool to look back to when bands were just starting out. Some don't make it, some maintain moderate success and in this case some bands blow up. Maroon 5 was playing for 200 people on a given night ten years ago, now they're playing for 20,000 people. Here's some of my hang session with Adam and the boys from 2003, including their in studio performance.
