See and Meet Failure Next Week with WCYY Spinout [VIDEO]

The awesomely reunited Failure come to Portland next week for a show at Asylum on 7/16. Wanna go and meet the band? 

For people who dared to go under the surface of the obvious 90's "modern rock" they were spoon fed by MTV, they would most likely first find the band, FAILURE.

Bits of 80's new wave, college indie and pop rock mixed to form something truly epic sound wise. The band released just 3 records and called it a day around 1997. Members went onto to form and join bands such as A Perfect Circle, On, Year of the Rabbit, The Replicants, Queens of the Stone Age and more. Frontman /mastermind Ken Andrews has gone on to produce and mix countless acts including Moby, Paramore, Pete Yorn, Tenacious D, Blink 182, Beck, Unwritten Law and more.

Finally now in 2015 we have the been gifted the band's 4th release and a tour to boot. A tour that thankfully makes it's way to Portland on Thursday July 16th for a WCYY Spinout Presents show at Asylum.
