Did you see Afroman punch a girl on stage during a recent show in Mississippi?

Let me say quick...

Jumping on stage, it's not always right. Some shows welcome it. We know those shows cause it's a religion to allow that involvement with some bands playing some styles of music. With those certain artists, you know that stage diving or grabbing the mic and singing along is welcomed as part of the normal show. NOT ALL SHOWS THOUGH. Upon entering, if that type of participation is allowed, it should be posted on the doors or walls to watch out for people stage diving or moshing, again, only if approved by the artist. Someone shouldn't have to be kicked in the head without warning.

Also... Security should be involved at shows. Some say it's not cool, tough crap. It's kinda legal and its the right thing to do cause we all know, there's always an ass---- in every crowd. ALWAYS. Venues and/or the promoter are responsible for security. It's security's job to make sure no one gets on stage or close to the act, IF, that's what the act wants. Some acts might say, let people do what they want. With some signed agreements, that freedom might be allowed. Depends on each situation.

Ok... with that all said and done. I don't know what was said or what signs were posted or why this girl was grinding up on Afroman or where security was at this show... but he's still in need of jail time for doing this.

Luckily he was arrested, but he needs to do time for this I really think. He's a piece of crap for hitting this girl and did you see how she lands too? She could have been seriously hurt landing like that on that drum riser. That punch alone was a major wallop. She was just dancing! Not stealing his wallet, hurting him, touching his guitar. Nothing he had to really worry about. Didn't look like he asked her to leave. Course we only see a portion of the video. He wasn't being threatened by a girl with a drink in her hand dancing up on him. Let's call it like it is too, 100% of all rappers not only like it but prob expect to have girls dancing up on them. He hit that girl with some major attitude. That was not a "get out of here, stop pestering me" brush off, which he could have done and should have. (since security was no where to be found). That was a major knockout blow. Luckily she got away. I have zero legal background to suggest this, but I think she should sue the venue/promoter, maybe? Without security there to move her off stage or not allow her on stage for starters, they are at fault I would think. Of course there could be more to the story. Just going on what I see and have read.

Oh and before you let Afroman off the hook a little bit cause the venue shares some responsibility; there's this from a little while back. Seems he has a problem rough handling people on stage. Start watching around 1:45. I guess this shows in Denver? Or Amsterdam? Dude gets up on stage. Afroman is cool about it cause he sees the dude has a joint. Dude razz's Afroman by hogging the J and that angers the A-Man. Watch him hurl this kid off the stage in a pretty aggressive way.

Hey, I'm all for shows with chaos. I love seeing people fly around with reckless abandon at certain shows. Punk and metal shows allow for some great crowd participation, but this is something else. This is a guy who's going too far from what I can see. Way too far I think.
