What are the best states in our nation? Well that depends...what are you basing it on? Well real estate site Estately took some non-traditional but yet creative criteria in order to rank the states. What are we talking about here?

Well for starters, the number of Arby's locations. Also the number of Nickelback concerts per capita. Facebook fans of Chris Brown and members of Gwyneth Paltrow's newsletter Goop are also taken into factor. Although it doesn't say, I would imagine negative points are given there. Finally.... Google searches for egg salad recipes and hoverboards? Ok then!

  1. New Hampshire
  2. Oregon
  3. Maine
  4. Alaska
  5. Vermont

  1. Nevada
  2. Oklahoma
