Mark was born in Massachusetts. He grew up in Nashua, New Hampshire and graduated College in Maine. He started on WCYY February 2005. He's the host of WCYY's new music / local music show, "Spinout". Marks was VP Marketing & Promotions for an independent record label in NJ in the late 90's. He's written a music column for a newspaper and a website. He listens to & collects a lot of music. A lot. He watches & collects a lot of movies. Marks a fan of the Boston Celtics, crushed ice, Brigham's Coffee Ice Cream, Jack Lemmon, wearing hats, Seka, lemon/lime seltzer, Nacho Libre, Mike Gorman, record stores, Wolfman Jack, hot pretzles, Lauren & Wally, Friendlys, hot tea and Paul Newman. He owns two 8-track players, stopped wearing white socks in 1998 and was given the key to City of Portland, Maine (seriously). Also, December 3rd 2012 was officially named "Mark Curdo Day" in state of Maine (seriously). He hopes to someday meet Stevie Wonder, Chuck Berry, Smokey Robinson, Paul McCartney, King Ad Rock, Rodney Bingenheimer, Larry Bird, Kevin McHale, Shakira, Owen Wilson, Hall & Oates and anyone from Van Halen. "Be yourself, everyone else is already taken".
