The summer of rock in Maine is about to get a little louder, as New England's own Godsmack has laid out plans for a massive summer tour that includes a stop in Bangor, Maine, at the Maine Savings Amphitheater on Tuesday, July 25.

Godsmack just recently released "Lighting Up the Sky", their eighth studio album. The band has proclaimed it will be their final full length album, as they plan to cater their live shows around the songs their fans want to hear. You can expect a setlist filled with some of their most memorable tunes on July 25, as well as some of their newest tracks celebrating their last record.

Godsmack won't be coming alone, either. Joining them on their summer tour is veteran alt-rockers Staind. Staind frontman Aaron Lewis has spent most of the last few years recording and touring solo, but will return to lead Staind once again as they revisit their catalog throughout the summer tour.
