Here Are a Dozen Businesses Mainers Want in Southern Maine
Every once in a while, we wish we had a couple of businesses we have heard so much about.
Maine did recently get a new business that came down from Canada. It's called Showcase 'Home of the Latest Trends' store. The first one in Maine is now at the Maine Mall. The following list shows Costco. We are supposed to be getting one of those too. That's supposed to be going up where Scarborough Downs used to be. I'm excited about Costco. I've been to one when I go and visit my brother down in Connecticut. It's pretty awesome. And big.
But until then, there's always Massachusetts. Ikea is worth the trip, but wouldn't it be amazing if you could buy Swedish furniture that is confusing to put together? Oh and Hobby Lobby is in Maine, but north of Cumberland County. Auburn, Waterville, and Bangor. One suggestion for a store Maine should have is the Container Store. I had to look up what the heck that was. Well, it's exactly what it says - a store that sells containers. While looking it up, I bought a container for my flour in the kitchen. Imagine what I would buy if that store was in Maine!
