As children, most of us had at least one toy that we were really attached to. This could have been a stuffed animal, an action figure, or maybe even a plastic dinosaur.
Can you imagine how awful it would be if you lost that special toy.
Well, it looks like that is exactly what happened to a child whose family made a stop at the Marketplace Augusta recently.
On Thursday, August 27th, a woman named Becky and her husband were going to dinner at the Longhorn Steakhouse at the Marketplace Augusta. As they were pulling into a parking space, Becky's husband slammed on the breaks. He stopped because there was something in the parking spot and he didn't want to run it over.
It is a good thing he did because there, in that parking spot, was Lou the Longnecked Dino.
While we cannot be sure about the specifics of the incident, it appears that Lou had been left behind by his little.
Hoping to reunite Lou with his little, Becky picked up the dinosaur and took him with her. Since then, Lou has been spending his time at the Windsor Fair. He has his own Instagram page with the hope that his little, or their parents, will spot him.
