That's a whole lot of accolades, and very well-deserved.  Matt and his partners had a vision and brought it back to his native New Hampshire, where he opened both Moxy and The Franklin, both in Portsmouth.

Look at that goat meat hand pie with chili aioli, or the mini beef burgers with cheddar, pickles, onions, on an everything spice brioche!

And who can resist this Crispy Pork Belly with white pepper, sweet potato butter, fennel relish, and fried garlic?  I never would've concocted that food combo, and yet here it is as tasty as everything else on the menu.
