Here Are Some Mainer Grilling Tips Perfect for Your Summer Grill Session
Are you ready for summer? Memorial Day is right around the corner, so what better time to start.
Blazing sunshine. Warm temperatures. And the amazing smells of food on the barbecue.

It's going to be an incredible time, of course, and we want to make it even better by providing you with some grilling tips from a few Mainers to provide you with the perfect summer grilling session.
Here's one that will make you the talk of the neighborhood.
Did you know that you can grill pizza? Pizza, you say? Yup, you can grill right outside, and the keeps the heat out of the house and it also mimics a wood-fired oven more than your conventional indoor oven.
Cook the plain dough on one side of the grill before removing it, brushing the grill side with sauce and toppings, and then return the pizza to the grill for final cooking. Pizza on the grill!
Here's a tip when it comes to grilling meats. Did you know you don't really want to move your meat around a lot? The fewer times you flip your meat the better.
You won't have to worry about using any timer either to figure out when it's ready.
But did you know you can also grill vegetables?
Take some russet potatoes and dice them up. Then add some green and red peppers. Find yourself a good summer squash or zucchini, and toss them all together into a mixing bowl. Add some fresh garlic, too!
Get a poultry mix before cutting them up real fine and adding olive oil. Mix them in with the other vegetables.
Once that's done, lay them out on a tinfoil sheet and wrap them up tight. Then cook them on the grill for about 15-20 minutes at medium heat.
When you open them up, you should have a superstar side dish that goes perfectly with grilled steak, salmon, or whatever else you have in mind.
There are so many great foods you can grill up each summer from burgers and hot dogs and chicken to salmon, pizza, and more.
