New Hampshire Business Makes Appearance on Beavis and Butt-Head
For much of the '90s, the crude humor and immature antics of Beavis and Butt-Head were a staple of people's TV watching habits. The show was a massive hit for MTV, along with creator Mike Judge. The popularity of Beavis and Butt-Head eventually faded and Judge moved on to several other successful projects. But that wouldn't be the end of the story for the two dumbest teenagers on American television.
Similar to other shows like Full House and Roseanne, there was interest from audiences in a return for Beavis and Butt-Head. Paramount+ decided to make the return of Beavis and Butt-Head a key selling point when launching their new streaming service. The show is now Mike Judge's Beavis and Butt-Head (not MTV's), and the episodes come with one small difference.
Instead of watching exclusively music videos during their couch time, Beavis and Butt-Head also watch internet videos from YouTube and TikTok. Mike Judge's Beavis and Butt-Head has made its way to Comedy Central, following South Park. In season 1 episode 3 titled "River", Beavis and Butt-Head stumble across a video of a drain being snaked, and that video comes from a New Hampshire business.
The business is called Drain Medic, and they're located in Nashua. As you can likely imagine, they specialize in drain repair and imaging. During the short two-minute segment, Beavis and Butt-Head managed to joke about toilets, snakes, and colonoscopies. Actually, there were a lot of jokes about colonoscopies. The episode premiered in August of last year on Paramount+, but debuted on Comedy Central this week.
