New Ramen and Hot Pot Restaurant Opens in South Portland, Maine

It's no secret that people in Maine really love Asian restaurants.

Located at 209 Western Avenue in South Portland, Sun Korean Ramen House opened in October near Harbor Freight close to the Maine Mall.

Sun Korean Ramen House offers a diverse menu of pan-Asian offerings. Despite Korean being in their name, Sun specializes in Japanese-style ramen with several different options available on their menu.

There's also a variety of noodle and rice bowls on the menu for those looking for some specific or quick. But part of the draw for Sun Korean Ramen House is their hot pot option.

Sun Korean Ramen House offers a chance to enjoy the hot pot dining experience by eating at the restaurant.

There's four different soup bases to choose from including a spicy options. Visitors will have twenty different proteins to choose from to add to their base.

Sun Korean Ramen House also features twenty different vegetable options including sliced pumpkin, black fungus and fried dough stick.

Sun Korean Ramen House is currently open 7 days per week.
