- The Roots hold a very unique position as one of the only hugely successful bands to blend rapping and live instruments, and I dare ay no one does it better than them. They'll be joined by Kenya Hall for this show, so fans of either will wanna grab tickets ASAP.

- Here ay CYY we're loving the number of tribute nights to emo, grunge and 200's rock that have sprouted in and around Maine of late. Featuring members of Cape Cannons and other local rock acts, this show should service anyone looking for their loud, live rock fix.

- I only found out about this band recently, and I'm really digging what they've ben doing. They use a loopers to add texture to their music, which is somewhere between rock and jam band, and occasionally even funk. Highly recommended!
