Several More Maine Concerts Announced for 2022, Including Five Finger Death Punch and Guster
Another day, another concert announcement. At least that's how it has felt for the last several weeks in Maine. As artists and promoters look to make up for roughly two years of lost or downtrodden revenue, upcoming and major tours are using the summer of 2022 to get back in front of fans in a very big way. In case you've missed some of the recently announced rock shows, here's a quick rundown:
Five Finger Death Punch
Five Finger Death Punch is set to return to Maine with a show at the Maine Savings Pavilion in Bangor on Saturday, September 17th. It'll be a loud night, because FFDP are bringing along veteran rockers Megadeth alongside a breakthrough rock act known as The Hu. Tickets are on sale for this show April 15th at 10am.
Three Days Grace
Despite losing the notable lead singer Adam Gontier many years ago, Three Days Grace has continued being one of the biggest bands in rock. They've scored multiple #1 hits and are hitting the road this summer, including one stop in Portland at the State Theater on Monday, August 1st. Zero 9:36 will play in support for this show. Tickets go on sale April 15th at 10am.
Wilderado
One of the best success stories in alternative radio for 2022 is the little band known as Wilderado. Seemingly out of nowhere, they've scored themselves a top 10 hit with "Head Right", and are venturing out to visit cities and towns to introduce themselves to new fans. WCYY presents Wilderado at the Portland House of Music and Events on Thursday, July 14th. Tickets are on sale now.
Guster (on the Ocean)
Another summer to revel in the sweet sounds of Guster has arrived. Guster is once again bring their 'On The Ocean' festival to Maine for three exciting nights of live music and unique experiences. The big show will happen at Thompson's Point on Saturday, August 13th. Tickets are on sale now.
X-Ambassadors
A familiar act to Portland returns for another go-around, as X-Ambassadors will perform live at the State Theater on Sunday, July 17th. Tickets are on sale for this show April 15th at 10am.
