Well, we wished hard enough because the weather today could not be more perfect for the annual Street Eats & Beats food truck festival in Portland, Maine.
This guy ate friggin' chocolate covered bacon, friggin' chicken and waffles for the first time with some friggin' maple syrup and documented the whole friggin' thing!
Apparently if you get a bunch of food trucks in one picturesque setting (thank you, Ocean Gateway!) people will come in droves to experience the best in mobile cuisine -- two years in a row.
