Aquaboggan in Saco, Maine, Holding First-Ever ‘Christmas Stroll’ Through the Park
'Tis the season for all things Christmas in Maine. People have decorated the exterior their homes in celebration. Retail shops and restaurants throughout the state have decorated their interiors and entire towns in the state are using their weekends to commemorate the holiday.
With so much excitement and so many possibilities, it's tough to decided where to go and what to do. Which is why a brand new Christmas event in Saco, Maine, is trying to bring together the best of the best into walkthrough event this December.
The 'Enchanted Christmas Stroll' Debuts at Aquaboggan
For 10 nights only, the 'Enchanted Christmas Stroll' will welcome visitors in a variety of different ways. Aquaboggan will be transformed into a glimmering holiday scene filled with lights as well as festive displays to honor the Christmas season.
If there is a chill in the air, visitors will be able to grab a cup of hot cocoa or a warm bite to eat from the on-site food truck and sing along as Aquaboggan delivers a playlist of Christmas classics over the loudspeakers.
Aquaboggan Will Also Debut a Life-Sized Snow Globe
There has always been something magical about snow globes. How a simple scene can transform simply by adding some snow.
The 'Enchanted Christmas Stroll' will feature a life-sized snow globe where guests can snap a photo in front of Candy Cane Hill. Perhaps Santa or Rudolph will find their way to this snow globe during the event.
How Much Does it Cost and What are the Dates?
The 'Enchanted Christmas Stroll' at Aquaboggan is only $5 per person for admission. The event will be taking place for 10 nights, with all nights operating from 5pm until 9pm. The dates are:
