Whispering Pines Haunted Hotel is Among the Best New Theme Park Rides in America

According to the USA Today 10 Best List for Best New Theme Park Attractions to Experience, everyone needs to take a trip to Funtown in 2025. That's because the new haunted hotel, Whispering Pines, is among the best new theme park attractions in all of America.

Believe it or not, 2025 will mark the third season for Whispering Pines at Funtown. The ride open to serious fanfare in 2023 and it's clear many families and travel experts have been impressed.

What is the Whispering Pines Haunted Hotel Ride All About?

The storyline for Whispering Pines is that an old witch named Lilith has cursed the brand new hotel Funtown has built, and riders daring enough to enter the hotel will encounter cursed elements (and guests) the witch has put into place. Riders will be asked to enter another dimension to saved the cursed guests in the unique, dark ride.

Ironically, this isn't the first time Whispering Pines has been featured as park of USA Today's 10 Best list. It also appeared in the 2023 edition as one of the best new theme rides opening that year.
