Cop Car Dash Cam Catches Dumbest Driver Ever in NH! [VIDEO]

If this wasn't on a cop's dash cam, I would never believe someone could be so incredibly stupid...

We are always on the lookout for motor vehicle infractions when out on patrol. Some are more obvious than others. This driver almost caused an accident and faces multiple motor vehicle charges. Take a look at this video from MPO Page's dash cam. He was driving a fully marked cruiser.
