Here in New England, we know we're lucky to live in one of the best parts of the US.

Over the years, countless studies have directed high praise towards our region. Last year, a WalletHub study announced the best small cities in the country, and eight New England towns made the list. Now, a website called BetOhio is sharing the nation's 20 most in-demand metro neighborhoods to live in. Their findings were based on data from Realtor.com, and focused on two key metrics: the demand score, and the median number of days spent on the market.

Topping the list was Rochester, New York. Now, yours truly knows nothing about Rochester, other than that it's home to schools like Nazareth University and the University of Rochester. The runner-up was Columbus, Ohio, described by BetOhio as a mecca for business, tech, and education.
