2026 has already brought plenty of change to the Maine Mall in South Portland.

There have been several notable departures from the mall, including national chains like Eddie Bauer, Francesca's as well as Orangetheory Fitness.

But there have also been some additions as well. The former Forever 21 space is now officially a STEM learning center open to the public.

Not only that, Dick's Sporting Goods is set to begin work on their location inside the former Sears.

And soon, you'll notice another brand new addition to the Maine Mall food court as one of the fastest-growing mall chains in America makes its debut.

Exotic Snack Guys Will Join The Maine Mall Food Court

Operating in malls across about half of the United States, a new chain is headed for the Maine Mall.

It's called Exotic Snack Guys, a spot that offers visitors a chance to devour some of the strangest and unique chips, drinks, candy and more from around the globe.

One of their most popular items is a 'mystery box', which is a curated box filled with international favorites you really won't find anywhere else.

The grand opening for Exotic Snack Guys at the Maine Mall is expected soon.
