In October of 2025, something new opened in Portland, Maine, that drew a lot of attention.

That would be Minibar, an indoor mini golf course and sports bar.

The indoor 18-hole course has been lauded by visitors both for its specific Maine-based theme but also as an additional option as something to do year-round in the area.

It appears that the indoor mini golf course model might be catching on throughout the state. That's because another large facility is planned for  Biddeford, Maine, in the not-too-distant future.

Mystery Springs will be home to an indoor mini golf course as well as an escape room. Presumably Mystery Springs will also offer some sort of refreshments on site, but no information was given during the meeting in that regard.

Mystery Springs will be an entirely new build and sits without a current timeline for a grand opening.
