Now That Plastic Bags Are Banned in Maine, Here’s What Your Reusable Bag Says About You
Back in 2019 the state of Maine decided to ban the distribution of single-use plastic bags statewide. Some cities already had this practice in place. The change was supposed to go into effect in 2020 but, well, we all know what happened that year.

The beginning of July marks the official start of the ban. This means that now whenever you go shopping you'll need to bring a reusable option or pay five cents for a paper bag.
Thankfully there are a variety of different options out there. To ease into the change here's a peek into what your reusable choice could say about you!
