Rock Row just continues to grow. And grow and grow.

The mixed-use development that's built around a quarry in Westbrook, Maine, has added some new businesses to the area.

Orange Theory recently opened in March, and Sports Clips opened in February.

The fitness company, which you can also find in Portland and South Portland, opened early in March.

According to WABI, there's also a plan for an Orange Theory in Bangor that was approved in late 2022.

Of course, there are tons of options when it comes to getting your workout on, but it's just one of the latest additions to Rock Row if you're in that area.

Additionally, Sports Clips moved in right next to U.S. Celluar, and like having the option of another fitness center, is just one more spot for you to get a haircut. Options are good, right?

Again, these are just two places. There are already many that have had a huge impact on the area (we see you, Chick-Fil-A), and there are many more to come from restaurants to offices to retail, etc.

The Rock Row site was purchased back in 2017, according to MaineBiz, and it's great to see the place continue to expand.

According to the Portland Press Herald, work on a medical campus and apartments are in the works as the next phases of the development project continue.
