When I lived in Lisbon, Maine, in the mid 2000s, Angelo's Pizza was my go-to pizza place in town. The owners were super nice, the pizza was amazing, and at one point, they even had a small arcade in the back with a couple of pinball machines. Pizza and pinball make me a very happy guy.

My son still lives in Lisbon with his mother, and I pick him up every weekend to get in his hours on his driving permit and to go play at our weekly pinball league meet. When we drove past Angelo's, it was dark, so I asked him what happened. He told me they closed for some renovations.

Three months later, they were still closed, and had cleared their message board of all the letters. Then the big announcement came the next day.
