Pennywise Makes His Way from ME to CA to Prey on Unsuspecting Cops

It fever is still in full swing all across America, and as a Mainer I couldn't be happier about it. Finally, the whole country can lend a helping hand in raising awareness of terrifying clowns! Somebody better get the word of caution out to California, though, because things there might be getting troublesome.

Clearly having enjoyed the film adaptation of Stephen King's classic story, the Police Department in Lincoln, CA are having their own drawn-to-the-sewers moment, but with a more fitting lure - donuts! Have a look:
