Happy Cinco De Mayo 2021! It's certainly a more festive fiesta than last year's Cinco De Mayo when our world was pretty much shut down by COVID. This year we need to celebrate the Mexican Army victory over the French and Napoleon III in the Battle of Puebla from May 5, 1862.
